I offer therapy services for individuals and couples who are dealing with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, postpartum issues, life transitions, personal growth, grief and loss, trauma, spiritual concerns, and relationship struggles.
Group therapy is an excellent way to grow and learn more about yourself with a group of people who have similar experiences and struggles to yours. Groups may be targeted towards specific issues or may be more generally aimed towards support and self-development. Group members help to support and challenge one another along the path to growth.
